The Story Behind Us

Tap Into It - Founder

Tap Into It started because my life was scattered everywhere.

Notes app.

Planners.

To-do lists.

Voice memos.

Sticky notes.

Half-finished journals.

As someone who’s neurodivergent, I wasn’t struggling because I lacked ideas.

I was struggling because I had too many.

Everything felt fragmented. My thoughts, goals, routines, plans, and priorities lived in different places. The more systems I tried, the more overwhelmed I became.

And underneath all that mental clutter, I was losing touch with myself.

My dreams got pushed aside.

My hobbies were always “for later.”

My inner voice got quieter.

I kept searching for the perfect productivity system, but what I actually needed was a way to bring everything together.

I’d been journaling for years, but I realized I didn’t need another blank notebook or generic journal.

I needed structure.

So I started creating my own.

Over the next 5 years, I built DIY journals for myself by testing prompts, trackers, reflection exercises, planning systems, and routines to see what actually helped me stay focused, organized, and connected to myself.

Every page became an experiment.

I kept what worked.

Removed what didn’t.

Refined it again and again.

The journals you see today were built from those 5 years of real-life use, iteration, and experience.

Tap Into It wasn’t created overnight.

It was created from living the problem first.

Today, Tap Into It journals help turn mental clutter into clarity.

Not by forcing you into someone else’s routine.

Not by fixing you.

Not by telling you who you should become.

But by giving you one place to organize your thoughts, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with intention.

One page at a time.

- From the founder, through lived experience.

Our Methods

Available in physical (and soon digital versions), our journals aim to help you :

EXTERNALIZE THE CLUTTER

We help you get thoughts out of your head and onto the page so you can see what’s actually there, clearly and without overwhelm

CREATE SPACE FOR REFLECTION

Instead of rushing through life, our journals create small moments where you can pause, notice patterns, and reconnect with yourself.

BRING STRUCTURE TO YOUR THINKING

Guided prompts and intentional layouts remove decision fatigue so you’re never staring at a blank page wondering where to start.

SUPPORT DIFFERENT WAYS OF GROUNDING

Whether through self-reflection (Alignment) or faith and prayer (Faith), each journal supports a different path to clarity, without forcing a one-size-fits-all system.

ORGANIZE WHAT MATTERS

Tools like trackers, planning pages, and reflection sections help you bring your thoughts, goals, and habits into one place.

TURN REFLECTION INTO DIRECTION

Everything is designed to help you not just think or feel, but move forward with more intention, focus, and trust in yourself.
