This book is like every journal I ever had in 1. It isn't dated so you can start whenever you feel it's right. There are different methods to target your goals: 3 month, 1 month, and weekly. There are habit trackers that aren't your typical "drink water", it's aligned for the spiritual girlies! This book is truly made to help you align to your highest self, so if you needed a sign to buy it... what are you waiting for??
This journal checks every box: functional, beautiful, and intentional. It looks good on my desk, fits perfectly in my bag, and actually helps me stay aligned with my goals.
